Minimus Tiny House
My greatest work of art to date–a 240sq.ft hand-built, off-grid, tiny house on wheels made from repurposed, renewable & recyclable materials.
Childhood dream
Building my own home has been a dream since childhood but as a grew up I realized I was completely disenchantment with the negative environmental impact of conventional homes and their personal energetic and financial drain. With no budget, funding, or experience I leaned on my creative super-power, unwavering faith, and incredible community, and made my dream come true.
How I did it…
I built Minimus at Delaware Valley University as a public demonstration of sustainable living. I made the entire process visible and open for the public to learn and participate. I'm forever grateful for the support from family, friends, businesses, and community that made the Minimus build possible. Minimus is an ideal sustainable education tool with all the comforts of home in a tiny space. Minimus keeps me my relationship with nature and it’s resources at the forefront of my everyday existence and reminds me that I can make my dreams my reality.
