The Board Housewife will kick off the workshop with a demo where you’ll learn how to design a charcuterie board that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Emily will share her favorite tips for portioning, choosing the right ingredients, pairing flavors, and serving and storing your board. Then Mesa Lifestyle will guide you through making a clay charcuterie boards based on your preferences and design choices. Your board will be left to be glazed and fired and will be ready for pick up at The Coterie Holiday Market after Dec. 1 during regular business hours.
