Bio
As a kid I struggled with early childhood education which lead me directly to my creative super-power. As a teenage I struggled with an identity loss which lead me directly to my love of adventure. As a young adult I struggled with serious health conditions which lead me directly to my inner wisdom. As an adult I struggle with societal norms and humans abusing nature which lead me directly to my sustainable lifestyle.
As an independent artist in 2017 I embarked on my greatest work of art to date. I dared to live out my childhood dream and built my own home. Totally disenchanted by the harsh environmental impact, personal energetic output and financial drain involved in building and maintaining a conventional home, I decided to take an alternative path and build a 240sq.ft off-grid tiny house on wheels from primarily repurposed and recycled material. I choose to not only do this for myself but instead as a public demonstration of sustainable living at Delaware Valley University. I embarked on this journey with no budget or funding and with no experience as a builder or engineer. I choose to lean wholeheartedly into my creative super-powers and unshakeable faith in my dream. And guess what? I did it! And am forever grateful for the lessons learned in the process and tremendous amount of support I received from family, friends, local businesses and community members that helped make Minimus possible. Minimus continues to be used as my primary sustainable education tool and an inspiration to make our dreams our reality.
