I come to you with 20 years Yoga experience, 12 years teaching and an additional 8 years prior practice. This practice has changed my life, it has tenderized my heart, strengthened my body, and opened my mind. I was first introduced to Yoga at a major crossroads in my life. I was initially drawn to the physicality of the practice but years later the physical practice was stripped away due to disease and an accident that had me unable to walk for 6 months. At that point I was invited to go deeper. I accepted the invitation and dove into the mental and spiritual component of the practice. I came through more whole and compassionate. Recently, the teacher came knocking again, this time from the emotional perspective. It was painful to look at the way I had been abandoning myself for so long. But the lessons I have recently learned have offered me more depth in human form and will shape who I choose to become. And I will be more badass than I have ever been before!
