MODULE 1: WE ARE NATURE

We Are Nature is the first module of the first course of BEEyond Sustainability it is the foundation. In this module we will gain a deeper understanding of how intrinsically connected we are with nature and how important it is to live with respect, reciprocity and gratitude everyday. We will learn daily practices that help us reconnect with nature and recognize the power of our thoughts, choices and behaviors.

MODULE 2: ECO-EMOTIONS

In this module we will begin to take an honest look at our personal participation in the environmental crisis. We will learn ways to work through the emotional challenges and become better stewards of Earth.

Journaling Prompts - Take the time everyday for the next 7 days to thoughtfully respond to the following prompts (in any order).

MODULE 3: CONSCIOUS CONSUMERISM

In this module we will learn the importance of slowing down and simplifying to help us make choices that have a more positive social, economic, and environmental impact.

The Consumer Cleanse
Set a timeline that feels obtainable but definitely challenging and DO NOT purchase anything non-essentials for that period of time. That’s right no lattes, no take-out, no pedicure, no new shirt. Do it as an experiment. See how it feels, what comes up and what is most challenging for you?
