This is my daily mantra and my daily practice on and off the mat. I share this practice to empower, giving myself and others an opportunity to slow down and reconnect to the inherent peace that resides in us. It is my goal to make yoga accessible to all abilities. My style is deeply rooted in the teachings of the natural world and our undeniable interconnection with it.
